Setting Up

Some features on our platform require you to create an account. When you do, we ask that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. An account with correct details means fewer hiccups with your orders.

Keeping It Secure

Your login credentials are your responsibility. If you ever suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, let us know immediately at sales@nrcagro.com. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from compromised credentials that were not reported to us promptly.

What We Ask You Not To Do

Our platform exists to make fresh food accessible and convenient. To keep it that way for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems or infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or anything designed to compromise the platform or its users
• Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations in connection with your use of our services

Placing an Order

When you place an order on NRC Fresh Cuts, you're making an offer to purchase — which we accept once we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as stock unavailability or suspected fraud, and will always process a full refund in such cases.

Payment

Full payment is required before your order is processed. We accept UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery where available. All transactions are secured through our payment gateway.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across select pincodes within Chennai, prepared fresh from our facility at Virugambakkam. You can check if your area is covered before checkout by entering your pincode on the platform.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be calculated and displayed transparently at checkout, based on your location and order value. No surprises at the door.

Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day
• At checkout, you will be offered available delivery slots in 2-hour windows between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, starting at least 2 hours from your time of order

Your Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.

Product Availability

Our products are fresh, seasonal, and prepared daily — which means availability can change. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and either offer a suitable alternative or process a full refund. No substitutions will be made without your knowledge.

We take the quality of every product we send out seriously. However, given the perishable nature of fresh-cut produce, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the issue — via email at sales@nrcagro.com or on WhatsApp at +91 89881 85555. We will review every complaint promptly and offer a fair resolution, which may include a replacement delivery or a full refund, at our discretion.

Everything on this platform — including our name, logo, product photography, copy, and design — belongs to NRC Fresh Cuts / NARC Agro Private Limited, or is used under licence. None of it may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

What We Promise

We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and our products consistently fresh. That said, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, or that every product will always be in stock.

What We Cannot Be Held Responsible For

To the extent permitted under Indian law, NRC Fresh Cuts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. In any event, our maximum liability to you for a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We collect only the information we need to process your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for unsolicited marketing. For full details on how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to these practices.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions as our services evolve. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Should any individual clause in these terms be found unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will continue to apply in full.

NRC Fresh Cuts will not be held in breach of these terms for any failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, supply disruptions, government orders, or other force majeure events.
